If the quote and design match what you’re looking for, we schedule an in-home design confirmation meeting. Garrett or Breanne will personally confirm all your details, walk you through layout and electrical options, and use visual aids so you can see exactly what your new patio cover will look like before anything is built. Every detail is documented with photos and videos to eliminate surprises on install day.
Once you’re happy with the plan, you’ll sign your contract electronically and reserve your build date with a small deposit. Prefer to do it all online? No problem. We offer a fully remote process using digital forms, photo markups, and paperless e-signatures making it just as easy to get started from your home or office.
We make getting started easy. Just send us your address, a few details about your project, and a photo of your backyard. A rough sketch or quick notes can also help us understand your vision. If the initial quote looks good, we will schedule a quick in-home visit with Garrett or Breanne. You will see exactly where posts, lights, fans, and outlets will go using photos and visual aids so there are no surprises on build day.
Once everything is dialed in, you will receive a digital contract that you can sign right from your phone, tablet, or computer. A small deposit secures your install date, and we keep all design notes, photos, and measurements on file to make sure your project goes exactly as planned. If you prefer to handle everything online, we offer that option as well.
Our crew shows up on time and ready to go, usually between 730 and 800 AM. We laser-measure the layout, confirm final post and fixture placements, and get straight to work. Most builds are completed the same day with professional grade materials, detailed installation, and a full cleanup when we are finished. You will be enjoying your new shade by dinner time.
